We will comply in all respects with the Layby Sales Act 1971. Layby is to be paid off over a three month period with regular payments. Some products cannot be placed on layby. These products include, but are not limited to: products which are end of line, seasonal, clearance or discontinued. A 10% deposit will be required upon agreement of layby contract. In order to obtain earlier delivery of layby merchandise, you may at any time choose to prepay the outstanding balance of the purchase price. Once layby has been paid in full you may collect your goods.
Please allow for 3 to 4 days (NZ Wide) following receipt of payment. Purchasers will be notified within 24 hours if there is a delay due to out of stock items. If in doubt please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Our policy is to only charge the actual cost of freight, courier or postage. As this is complicated to calculate for all sales, refunds may apply for some purchases. Where this occurs refunds for the difference will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase transaction.
When a purchase is required to be sent to an international delivery address, freight will not be charged until Linens To Love has been in contact with the buyer. Once discussed, the final purchase amount and delivery charge will be charged to the buyer's credit card. Product may be returned under the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act and refunds will be made to the Credit Card used in the original purchase transaction upon receipt of the product in its original packaging, and a copy of the original sales receipt..
