Please allow for 3 to 4 days (NZ Wide) following receipt of payment. Purchasers will be notified within 24 hours if there is a delay due to out of stock items. If in doubt please contact us prior to making your purchase.

General items throughout the North Island New Zealand are $10.00
General items throughout the South Island New Zealand are $15.00
Small accessories Nationwide New Zealand are $6.50

We use a well known & trusted courier company with a track and trace system. A signature is required upon delivery of your purchase. We use online parcel tracking which is available 24/7. Feel free to contact us to track your items.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box using this service therefore please provide a physical address.
If you feel that you are going to be charged too much for your freight fee eg: You would just like to purchase a facecloth and will be charged $10.00 delivery - then please do not hesitate to contact us we will more than happy to quote on a more accurate rate for you.

The website only allows delivery within New Zealand. For international delivery options, please email Linens To Love with the products you'd like to purchase, and we'll be in touch to discuss delivery cost and complete the transaction offline.

Telephone/Fax Orders - Phone or Fax us with your creditcard details and we can process over the telephone.
Invoices - If you prefer an invoice please do not hesitate to ask. We can either email or physically send you a copy.
Bank Transfer - If you prefer you can transfer the money into our bank account, once payment shows we will dispatch items asap. Contact Us
